I didn't give you guys a 10 because there is still a little touch up work to do. Ashley promised to call as soon as whoever is responsible for the painting returns from maternity leave. I would gladly give you a 10 at that point.

There appear to be one or two issues left to resolve. Ashley said that she will contact us when they can be resolved. I hope it is not in the too distant future. Otherwise, Ashley, Dan and the rest of the crew were marvelous.

The only reason I'm not putting a 10 is because they did let me leave with a battery that was only charged up to 6 V. I did have to have my car jumped by a friend and taken to a local interstate battery store to have the battery changed out after leaving.. I wish this is something that could've been done on site as this did throw a couple wrenches in my day. All in all, I am happy with the work though.

Very professional and helpful. Additional charges were added to the final bill because of something that occurred while trying to fix the car. It was unclear to me what those additional charges were and why they were billed to my insurance when the issue arose because of the body shop.
