Definitely going to have to miss more work that’ll cost me pay to bring this back. Bubbles on the hood, part on the fender not clear coated -just raw paint. Paint doesn’t match- it’s a grayish white-not a true white. Paint on door jam seal, definitely was not quality inspected and with all the moving dates and even the drop off appointment that I took off work for was “oh we can’t even look at this until next week” Then why did you set my drop off appt for 10a on a Thursday?! I have no idea how to fit in how to drop this back off with mine and my husband’s demanding work schedules. Extremely disappointed in the work when it’s been over a month!

According to the office personnel, the repair was to take 2 weeks to complete. This information was important to me because I was out of pocket for my rental car throughout this process. The communication at this shop is terrible. The updates I received were all solicited. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. Eventually I just showed up at the shop to get an update close to the 14th day. My vehicle had sat there for 14 days without a single repair started. And nobody wanted to tell me about it. My vehicle ended up being at the shop for 31 days. They paid $500 towards the deductible to help compensate for the rental costs. I don’t know what kind of money is actually made from a $12000 insurance claim, but I was not impressed by their $500 gesture or the professionalism from this shop.

I was told the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks and it took two months. People were nice, but I was told multiplications up to four times that my car would be ready and then put off another week. Looks like the job was completed and the car looks good, but the communication was not very good with a customer. First time. I’ve had any problems with Gerber having my car repair.
