I was told the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks and it took two months. People were nice, but I was told multiplications up to four times that my car would be ready and then put off another week. Looks like the job was completed and the car looks good, but the communication was not very good with a customer. First time. I’ve had any problems with Gerber having my car repair.

Repair time estimate was extended a week 2 times even though text updates said everything was on schedule. Had I known repaid would take a month vs 2 weeks I would not have got a rental car

Brought in to repair the hail damage. Couldn't see a single one from what I inspected after repair. Inside of the car the rear view mirror was loose and the wire going to it under neath the roof was misplaced and not aligned properly, only time will tell how it holds up.
