Gerber went above and beyond in taking care of my 2024 GMC Denali. Not only did they take care of all the hail dents and replace truck bed cover. They touched up all of the nicks in my paint on the doors and front of vehicle. Very friendly and professional staff ensuring the customers total satisfaction. Hope I don’t ever need a repair job again but if I do ai will be taking it to Gerber!

Thank you for taking care of us with our car. We appreciate the level of professionalism and expertise of everyone we dealt with. Mitchell went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was handled and we left happy. Amber and Mitchell were excellent at communicating with us. They both made sure we understood the progress and time line of everything that was being repaired along with insurance details, etc. Thanks for being so flexible with our schedule. They’re communication could be better

Repair was ok but it actually took 9 weeks out of the 3 max they said. Another thing is that a piece were you locked the spare was missing, I brought this to their attention they said they would get the part order and would let me know. Call them about 3 weeks after that their answer was they would back to me it’s been another 3 weeks of that

You had the vehicle for over 2 weeks. On the day I was to pick up, the windshield was not replaced and the moldings on under the hold were sticking out. The small dent on the right of the windshield has was fixed but has dimples on it. After I had to drop off the vehicle off again the moldings were fixed and windshield replaced but one of the molding slightly still moves. The hood was fixed right.
