The job consists of insurance and non-insurance parts. 1) Only the insurance portion was completed despite two estimates (April and July). 2). The gas gauge was on empty when I came to settle. 3) The front windshield had been hit and the upper right corner had cracking of a size larger than a dinner plate. The consequence of not having the car available was to make it necessary to use a family member and another car to take wife and daughter to multiple doctor and health-related appointments. Your company’s work is excellent, but this time something went awry.
