The ladies in the office and on the ohone we’re always polite, courteous, and very helpful. I always felt happy with the conversations and how they treated me and the other customers there. Ashley was a great communicator throughout the process. She kept us updated weekly or more often when parts were expected or if they had been delayed. We always felt informed of the progress of repairs.

Gerber Collision in Owasso exceeded my expectations- given the circumstances of my visit I was wanting my car back in like new condition and they were able to repair and return me to my vehicle in a fraction of the time I was anticipating. Constant updates had me aware of how far into the repair process I was, and the staff was available to answer any possible questions I may have regarding my vehicle repair. I cannot recommend Gerber Owasso highly enough for your collision repair/body work/glass needs!

Not sure yet, depends on if we are taken care of. I’m a local insurance agent with Farmers and I refer a lot of business here so this is very concerning, not sure yet on how this will end.

We got our car back and the new door was scratched, the rubber around the front windshield was missing, piles of glass were all over the floorboard and under the seats and in the trunk, paint was still missing on the luggage racks, cigarette burns in front seat and the back seat was filthy and looked ruined.

Not sure yet, the gentleman Brian, was extremely nice and helpful and very apologetic, we took it back the next day and he detailed it immediately and said everything would be repaired. We don’t have it back yet so not sure if we will be happy or not.

The repair work was fine. I was very displeased with the fact that my truck was left unlocked and left in the front parking lot for 3to 4 days. Every employee had to see my truck sitting there and not 1 ask why is that truck left outside the fenced in area. My voicemail was operational.
