We appreciated the unsolicited updates that kept us up to-date on the status. For some reason, they went to our junk mail (from [email protected], we use AT&T for e-mail). There was one minor issue with the side mirror adjustment switch that was quickly resolved.

In a difficult situation, the Gerber team was very flexible with us. Although the communication wasn't as thorough to start. After speaking with the team they were willing to accommodate with sms updates that were excellent. I have had both vehicles repaired there and the work was superb. Would certainly recommend.

I think so. I was Illwhen I picked it up and wound up at urgent care, then sent by ambulance to St John’s. I did get home later but car still at urgent care. Thank you for keeping me updated and being so careful and making sure it was 100%
