Work was fine but the lack of communication from Owasso gerber and the fact I had to locate my hood was disappointing. I work all day and had to take time out from my tasks to search for a hood. Which is really gerber in Owasso’s job

Gerber in Owasso gave up after a month trying to find me a hood. Dropped off car 12/29/21 and picked picked up 4/22/22. They gave me zero updates and reached out to me zero times. I had to call them every other week for any updates. After realizing they gave up I contacted Mazda corporate 800 customer service number. Mazda found me a hood in Pennsylvania. I am disappointed that I had to locate a hood as this is gerber in Owasso’s job. Hood was delivered and I got my car back after it sat out all winter in gerber in Owasso’s lot.
