They did amazing with the body repair. Cleaned interior of my car. The ladies in the office were amazing. However, I let them know my air conditioning stopped working during the collision. They said the wreck didn’t cause any damage. Once I got my car back I took it to an actual mechanic and they said the collision indeed did cause the damage and cracked my condenser. It is an $1800 repair I am now left with. My issue is not with Gerber Collision. I give them a 10. I would give Travelers a 0. So here we are with a middle rating of a 5. Travelers will not return my calls or emails about my air conditioning repair. Lesson learned I guess to not just have a body shop determine what damages were done. Take it to a body shop AND a mechanic prior to having any work done.

One word for your team - AWESOME Can’t say enough about Taylor and the way she handled my claim. Her professionalism and her commitment towards taking care of my son’s car. Constant communication and car’s status. Then was handed off to Ashley who also provided great service. They both went above the call of duty to satisfy my claim and they exceeded by far.
