I was 90% satisfied. Adrian was wonderful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that when I got home I had to clean some marks on the outside of my car and in the trunk there were footmarks and dust I had to wipe down. But overall a great job done!

The repair was fine and the auto body shop was great. It’s Travelers that sucks. I was hit while my car was in my driveway and they never contacted the other party whose fault it was, as my car was PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY. I was left paying for the deductible and they never bothered to contact Mike Sloan or Allstate Insurance

They were great, Travelers didn’t bother to investigate the claim though and idk why. I guess it was just easier to pay for the repair then messing with trying to get Allstate to pay for it
