The gentleman (Caleb I believe) that prepared the estimate and interacted with me when I dropped off and picked up the car. He even scraped off a Louisiana state inspection sticker paper at my request as I was about to leave after the mirror repair. He went the extra mile to make it a great experience. His demeanor each time I dealt with him was very professional and pleasant - great guy!

The team were great - they got me booked and fixed everything efficiently. I didn’t know how the insurance process worked and they helped me through that. The only suggestion I’d have for improving was that I had asked for an estimate of time my car would be in the shop so I could organize logistics of rental car as I was paying out of pocket, and I didn’t receive an update which meant I had to call and chase an update. It would’ve eased some stress to just have gotten a call so I could plan the rental easier. But otherwise, loved the experience.
