The staff there was amazing. The Advisor kept me up-to-date. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else, but this place to get them worked on if I have another accident. Hopefully I don’t, but if I do, I’m coming back to Gerber.

No, every time I came in the store there was a slight tension and I was met with dirty or confused looks whenever I brought up problems with my car. Like "oh this guy again". All I wanted was to get my car fixed/returned in the condition I brought it in and it seemed like I was a nuisance for it.

Brought my car to them for a paint correction for the driver side door and tail gate. They did alright on that BUT I had to bring my car back to them twice. Once since they forgot to install my stepping rail (it's a truck) and the second time was because the driver side door all of the sudden just didn't want to fully unlock anymore. Which only started happening the day I got the car back from them. Although they did fix both things rating a 4 because the inconvenience of having to keep bringing my car back an I think that's a fair rating since it was only supposed to be a paint correction.

Rating a 3 because the lady at the front desk was sarcastic with me over the phone. I told her my insurance was through silver rock which is carvannas insurance company an she said and I quote "oh you got your car from carvanna? Yeah good luck with that" and laughed. On the other hand Daniel I believe his name was was cool. Also when I was supposed to bring it in for the second time she acted like she had no idea even though I spoke with her over the phone and she told me the time and day to bring it back in and that they would look at my vehicle

I would another Gerber Shop. Not the one on Forrester. I know that not what Gerber is about.

They totally didn't put any effort in restoring my vehicle. The shop left my truck two- toned . It has two separate colors because they are trying to save paint. And did not line up the panel properly. Left a big gap between the panel and hood. Also refused to paint my bumper which was damaged in the wreck. The shop supervisor canceled my appointment because they returned my truck smelling like cigarettes and beer. I do not smoke nor drink. They have no respect whatsoever for my vehicle. The environment there is very hostile. That the reason I went to Cody on 23rd Gerber Shop. Cody is very professional and try to help the customer. At least he don't be looking mean and act like you got to beg for help.I prefer for Cody to finish the work on my truck. Because I know the shop on Forrester doesn't define any successful business. Nobody should be treated the way I was. Thinking about contacting the owner !
