It took 2 months for the whole process. Inspections getting parts and fixing the car. Communication was good but when got car back the air conditioner didn't work.

As I got home and further inspected the repair , I found a dent in the number on the passenger side and it isn’t sitting level. Upon further review the black filler piece in the middle of the grill didn’t fit tight either. I will be following up in the next day or two when I have to make it in. Nice people tho

This is a dishonest repair shop. I was told that it was State Farm’s responsibility to pay for the damage that occurred while my truck was in their possession! State Farm is aware of this fraud and said it’s Gerbers responsibility to repair.
