I had some issues with Enterprise on the rental they were to have available, but my experience with Gerber's was good - no problems so far. Allstate did not contact them as I was told they would, so I was without a car for over a day. I don't believe this was your issue, even though You told me you would work at getting me a vehicle - but it was a problem for me.
