Where should I begin? I booked an apt 1.5 months in advance for the repair. When I got to the shop, they did not recognize me. I was lied to several times about when the repairs would be completed. I was told to pick up my vehicle Monday, only to find a wheel and a mirror had not been installed. When I picked up the vehicle that afternoon, my inside door handle had been broken by the technician. When I got the auto home, I repaired that myself. It will be a cold day in Hades before I come around this shop again.
