Jim was wonderful, extremely nice and kept me up to date on the progress. And I received my car back earlier than I thought. The whole staff that I dealt with was very nice. I will highly recommend Gerber to friends and family. I am going to even tell my neighbor who is an insurance adjuster. Wonderful experience. Thank you guys

Gerber exceeded expectations ,. Starting with my fist contact with the lady at the reception desk and the manager Jeremiah at the Ruskin shop , who greeted me and engaged me with great and genuine customer service , Secondly , the speed with which they managed to return my car in a week , by choosing to have my car repaired at a nearby Gerber shop that had sooner capacity , they truly met and exceeded my expectation with high quality work and no head eschews or delays while keeping me informed each step of the way . To put the icing on the cake when the car was done , Jim called to coordinate delivery of my vehicle to the Ruskin Gerber shop which is in my home town , and offered to deliver the car directly to my home ….Wow in all my previous experiences with body shops I have never had a more pleasant, trouble-free , friendly and professional experience !!

Super fast, incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, they worked with my schedule when dropping of and picking up. Also, I for got my wallet there and they brought it to me. Soon I'll have my front bumper and grill painted there because of everything I just mentioned. You guys have a great team at that location. Keep up all the exceptional work.
