I am very happy with the service I received. The manager met with me and got my car fixed in two days. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation that I needed my car as soon as possible to be able to get to work. Everyone was professional and the building was clean. I was nervous to leave my car but after meeting with them initially I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them and I’m glad I chose them for my repairs.

Gerber recently repaired a very high end electric vehicle that my husband and I own. I was hard to find shop to repair it and they did a great job. I’ve used Crash Champions before, and while they got the job done, I felt more like I was on a conveyor belt than being taken care of as an individual. At Gerber, it was a completely different experience. I felt like a person, not just a number. They kept me consistently updated through text, email, and phone calls, so I always knew what was going on. My car came back looking pristine, and they even handled returning the rental car for me, which made things so much easier. Honestly, it was one of the most seamless and stress-free experiences I’ve had. I hope I don’t need collision repair again, but if I do, I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. They also tell funny jokes 😆

I had to have a new backup camera installed. They did a diagnostic check unhooked the battery hooked it back up. Said that I didn’t need a new backup camera. They ordered it. It came in in about two weeks. Had my appointment took my car in. Couldn’t had a better experience, I would recommend Gerber very professional

The most professional shop we’ve have ever been to. The office area, the shop and grounds are so clean and organized. Anthony came out and marked the damaged, and came up with a very reasonable repair price. The work and paint were fantastic. Everyone from the front desk and rest of staff were very professional.
