I have already sent in a survey and I am very surprised it has not been received. This was a wonderful experience, except for the part where I crashed my car, lol. The service that was offered was unbelievable. I have never had an experience like I had with your company. I dealt with Rich who kept me informed every step of the way. I wish all companies were like yours . Rich went above and beyond. My car looks brand new. I was very very impressed and pleased. Hopefully I won’t have another accident, but if I do, Gerber is the only place I would go to. You should be very pleased with all your employees. They are all top notch. Thank you Rich . He made me very comfortable knowing he was taking care of my car. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE! He deserves it. Again thank you all.
