Honestly, if this repair was coming out of my pocket or insurance, I would not have chosen Gerber. seemed understaffed. Communication was a little lacking, and the price was very high, but because this was paid for by a different company because of an incident we had we had to go with Gerber. The manager did apologize and the work seems to be OK just not blown away by the price and professionalism. We were quoted much less, and we know the quality of work at the other company would have been superior. so as I write this, we’re not completely disappointed just things could’ve been a little bit better and I just don’t think we would return to Gerber to have any bodywork or paint done.
