One thing that could be stated in the estimate process is the Supplements that are added on in the end to cover unforeseen repairs. I do understand why the body shop does this and they explained that to me but I think it would be a good idea to state likely things that would come up in the end. I did talk with my insurance Co. and they said that was standard procedure but would be a good idea for the customer to know going in. I am totally satisfied with the service and repairs done by Gerber. The tech. and the staff were great to work with and would recommend this shop to anyone with a need for vehicle repair.

Overall a great experience. I appreciate the constant communication about my vehicle repair. It was estimated to be completed on March 16th but I picked up my vehicle on March 10th. My vehicle looked great after the repair and they cleaned the interior and exterior. Definitely a job well done. Thank you to all involved!!

Had an issue with damage still visible and being told it wasn't there in a argumentive way. Then they decided to fix damage that I was told that wasn't there. Seems to be fixed properly now. But not happy with the time it took and how I was treated. People need to take pride in the work they do and not make excuses.
