Car returned with headlight out of alignment and bumper color is not the exact color of the rest of the car.. They are trying to align the headlight but not yet figured out and I was told the bumper color should match after the clear coat cures in 90 days. We'll see otherwise the entire job will need to be redone at that time.

The repair experience, and working with Aaron in particular, was excellent. He was professional, communicative, and made the repair process smooth. Unfortunately, the vehicle pickup experience was very different. The front desk assistant did not believe me when I explained that I had not received a check from my insurance company. Despite my repeated explanation that no check had been issued directly to me, she insisted otherwise until she called the insurance company herself. They confirmed exactly what I had been telling her—that no check had been issued to me. After the misunderstanding was resolved, there was no acknowledgment or apology for questioning my honesty. That interaction left a disappointing final impression on what had otherwise been a very positive repair experience.
