I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass following an accident, and overall I had a great experience. The repair process took about three and a half weeks, but the quality of the work was excellent. The paint matched perfectly, and my vehicle looked as good as it did before the accident. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed that several dashboard warning lights had come on. I contacted the shop, and they immediately asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could address the issue. Mrs. Alexis went above and beyond to ensure everything was properly recalibrated and resolved as quickly as possible. While the dashboard issue was an inconvenience, I truly appreciated how professionally and promptly it was handled. Outstanding customer service makes all the difference, and Mrs. Alexis demonstrated that from start to finish. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for collision repairs and would confidently use them again in the future.

I'd like to thank everyone there for taking good care of my baby. To a lot of people, it'd be 'just a car' but for me, my MINIs are like my personal awards of achievement for my hard work. I have immigrated to America 30 years ago and I feel blessed to live here and made my American Dream a reality. Having said that, I was truly saddened when my brand new MINI was rear ended by an irresponsible and uninsured dingbat exactly a month ago. I came to yall through my insurance company and im glad for it. Thank yall so much for getting her fixed perfectly and in a great timely manner.

We'd give a 10 on the repairs. The only concern was that it seemed liked somebody had used the car. There seemed to be less gas than I remembered and the back seat was dirty; we found a tortilla chip back there and we know we didn't leave it.
