Absolutely! Here’s a copy-and-paste version: I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. Matt, my estimator, kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent—I never had to call for updates because they always stayed ahead of everything and kept me informed. I wish I could remember the front desk lady’s name because she was amazing! She took the time to explain everything that had been done to my SUV and made the entire process easy to understand. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and truly cared. They don’t treat you like just another car coming through the shop—they treat you like an individual, and that made all the difference. I normally hate dealing with insurance companies, towing, repairs, and all the phone calls that usually come along with an accident. It gives me a lot of anxiety, but Gerber Collision made the entire process so easy and stress-free for me. They handled everything, including the towing and communication with the insurance company, and kept me informed every step of the way. If there was a delay or a part on backorder, I was notified immediately, so I was never left wondering what was going on with my vehicle. I honestly never even had to pick up the phone to call and ask for an update because they were always one step ahead and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. The communication and customer service were excellent, and they truly took so much stress out of an already stressful situation. I really appreciate how easy they made everything for me and would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision!

I was skeptical about using Gerber only because I’ve never heard of this place. The other party that hit my car whose insurance company I went through recommended Gerber and my husband said yes he has heard very good things about Gerber. Most shops take a month or so to repair a car, however Gerber had my car done in two weeks and my car looks absolutely amazing you can’t even tell I was in a car accident. Thank you so much!

Triple A Insurance was correct in suggesting Gerber Collision for our car repair. Chrystal, at Gerber, arranged the drop off of our damaged car and subsequent Enterprise rental car pick up at their location. Matt and his crew had the repairs and painting done to perfection, including calibrating the distance radar unit, and wheel alignment, and they used the correct specified coolant (I am picky and I checked all the details). During the whole process, they kept us informed and were very professional. Thank You Gerber.

I highly recommend Gerber Auto Repair. They were thorough and exacting in the repair, and in giving me updates. They also arranged the pickup and return of the rental car from Enterprise Rental. Tessa at AAA was very helpful and made the claim go smoothly. I will keep AAA in mind when I am looking for auto insurance.
