From my first contact with Gerber, I was impressed by the professionalism of all the staff members I spoke with. They explained in detail what would take place, arranged for Enterprise to come get me & give me my loaner car. Kept me abreast of what stage my car was in, & contacted me asap when my car repair was completed. My car looks like brand new, I am completely happy with the service I was provided & the condition of the car. I would Gerber again without hesitation if the need arose.
