Overspray,fingerprints scratch new parts paint is not 100% match some have bin repaired but some are still bin worked on I don't even know when I'm getting my car back

I still haven't got my car back I've made 3 attempts to pick it up every time I finde something new missmatch paint scratched head light non oem part being used second attempt found finger prints on the paint third attempt over spray on all the trims I still haven't got my car back its almost 3 months I do not recommend anyone take there vehicle here I can't believe aaa would recommend this to there customers

I’m very pleased with the repair—my car looks great! Initially the communication was good. There was a delay in the repair as they needed anothe part which they quickly obtained. They gave me a revised completion date. Then that day came and went and No call to update me. Thereafter I had to call daily for an update and repair took an additional 3 days past the revised completion date. I was disappointed in the communication in the end. I would recommend Gerber however as the work appears to be excellent and grateful for that!

We dropped our truck off on Jan 2 2024 we had checked on it several times in Jauary shop stated they were still waiting on parts. Feb 15 we received a call our truck was done. THANK YOU to the Redding team for coming down to Red Bluff to get things done.
