I would have appreciated better communication on the progress of my car. For example I was notified on a Thursday that my car would be ready the next day but by noon the next day I had not heard anything and had to call in myself for an update. The parts hadn’t came in so I was told most likely Tuesday. And then again on Tuesday I had call for an update myself.
