I appreciated the updates twice a week. They really care about the quality of work to restore damages. I was nervous to get the car back because I didn’t know what to expect. My damage was bad and it felt so good to see my car in good condition like the accident never happened. Great team and very kind!

Thank you so very much! Although a small repair, you gave me every impression that I was "top priority." Living 50 miles away, alone in the mountains, with only one car, to need and coordinate and schedule car repairs is very difficult, and stressful. Your shop took all the stress off of me, finished the work in half the estimated time, kept me informed, helped me facilitate a rental car. People I shared my experience with were SHOCKED I got the repair in and out so fast. When I told my insurance agent that you were assisting me in the rental car return, Sean remarked that that was unusual, but he was okay with it because he trusted Gerber Collision & Glass. What more can I say, but thank you again.
