Customer service staff was pleasant. However, vehicle was driven 36 miles while in possession. Note: Big O Tires is 5.2 miles each direction, so 25+ miles was driven outside the alignment requirement. Also, my glove box was unlocked, and gone through. I had the box locked, and this was unlocked upon return of vehicle. My wheel lock was in the cupholder in the center console, and I made customer service staff aware of this prior to vehicle drop off. There was zero need to access as this. Also, greasy hand marks all over door panel and glove box. Actual work is satisfactory on body work.
