Repaired car damages. When a mechanical issue reared its ugly head, technicians did all they could to help me find the problem and offered to find a mechanic to fix it. I really appreciate the extra time the took to help me resolve th problem.

The only issue regarded a small chip in the windshield—not part of the original repair. I just tried to resolve two problems with one stop. The chip repair did not work out, but the shop did make the effort. Also, it would have been helpful if when the repair was done, they notified me sooner so that I had more time to arrange to pick up the car. I had an appointment that had to be rushed because I only had a short amount of time to get to the shop. That was somewhat difficult. But all of the employees were super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend Gerber to others.

I had to reach out for any updates, and when I went to pick up the vehicle they took an hour to clean it, after they said it would be ready. Not to mention the "wash" they gave it left streaks all over the windshield and mirrors.When the vehicle was done they left a large water bottle and trash in my vehicle.
