At this point I would be hard pressed to recommend Gerber Collision due to my experience. I initially chose Venture 2 due to the excellent reviews. Later on I found out that I got caught in the middle of the transition and that caused some delay. I feel that this should of been explained prior to bringing my vehicle to have work done.

I dropped off my 2007 GMC Sierra to have the tailgate and front driver side fender repainted on 11/6. I assumed that it would take no longer than a week to complete this job. I did not receive my truck back until 12/5, almost a month later. I did authorize a little additional work to be completed so that did add some time but feel 1 month is way beyond how long it should have taken. Michael was very communicative throughout the process which was helpful but it was still frustrating as I rely on my truck to run my handyman business.

Like I mentioned, Michael was very professional in explaining what was going on with my truck and addressing any issues. I felt bad for him as I felt like he was caught in the middle.
