The communication was outstanding! The customer service was wonderfully beautiful! I genuinely felt cared for as a person and as a mother. My daughter also received the attention she needed as a 4 year old from Ms. Joanne and that really helped remove stress from me during the process. The bathrooms were also clean and the coffee bar was stocked and ready.
