Going to give the repair its self a 6. But everything else is a 1. When we got the car back it was a total disaster and a mess. The car was so dirty inside and stuff on the glass it was a total mess. First place we brought it didn’t start on the car right away no communication and then something broke in there shop then had to get the car moved to another shop and no communication what so ever. Understand stuff happens but a common courtesy saying hey this is happening would have been great. Then getting the car back my goodness. Total mess. I have pictures to prove that getting the car back in its stage was just ridiculous. I’m not sure why triple a recommended your place but I don’t think I’ll ever take my cars to your body shop again.

Not really communicated with us. The girls in the office were not engaged at all. My wife felt like she was a bother when she picked up the vehicle and when she approached them about the car at it state. They just brushed it off like it wasn’t there job!

The crew you have at the Auburn Blvd location are beyond amazing ! They may be a new addition to the gerber crew but I can already confidentially say they are the best around . Henry particularly was an incredible help ! Amazing communication and the car looks like new , what more can you ask for ?!
