I asked for my repairs to start immediately after dropping off my car instead of waiting for them to receive the insurance assignment so my car could be done in a timely fashion. I did not care if insurance would cover or not because I needed my car fixed either way. Gerber didn’t listen to my request and let my car sit in the shop for 2 weeks before starting so I was out of a car and paid for a rental car for 4 weeks.

From the start, their customer service team took care of everything—arranging my tow, sending a car to pick me up since my vehicle was no longer drivable, and coordinating seamlessly with Enterprise for my rental. I also appreciated the consistent weekly updates on the progress of my repairs. Every staff member I interacted with, from the receptionist to the mechanics, was helpful, accommodating, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process.

I was pleasantly impressed with how the staff at Gerber Collision took over my claim and handled all communication with my claim representative regarding the damages to my vehicle. They kept me updated throughout the process and even went out of their way to deliver my vehicle back to me when it was completed, as I was unable to pick it up due to illness. Thank you again to Kyle and his crew for turning an inconvenient situation into an incredibly positive experience in the end. They all did a great job.

In all honesty, everybody that works at this shop we’re nothing but kind and understanding. I really like the fact that they called me and kept me in the loop every step of the way they answered any and all questions I had no matter how small how big or how silly they may have seemed. And although I hope I don’t have to use them again in the event that I have to I will.
