Gave a 9 rating, the work was excellent and it shows how meticulous the team was at repairing the damage, however the main reason I gave a 9 is that I still had dash lights on which should’ve been taken care of while the vehicle was in the possession of Gerber. Aside from that, I was very pleased with the work and the turnaround time for getting my vehicle back.

It has only been three days since I picked my vehicle up and I have already spread the word as to the great quality of work Gerber does and the friendly staff.

Staff was courteous, friendly, and Mark was thoroughly with the estimate and explained the complete process afterwards including timeline for the work that was to be completed. Mark gave a finish date but it was completed a little early and the work done was of excellent quality. I would definitely use their services again if needed, it has only been three days since I picked up my Durango but I have already recommended them to a few people.

I loved the service provided! Everyone was very professional, on time, and the work was impeccable. Although the repair on my car was not a big deal, the entire process was handled in the best possible way, and my car was left looking like new.

I’ve been a customer here before and always love the service and care you offer. Everyone is really nice and friendly, your space is welcoming and spacious for customers. I only had to reschedule a few times due to insurance issues that were out of my control and it was easy to reschedule but somehow I would get reminders for the old appointment even though I had a new one set up. When I made it to my appointment, my appointment and name were not found in the system. Eventually it was all figured out and my appointment was found in the system. 10/10 experience overall. I would recommend to friends and family to go to GCG!
