Employees were courteous, efficient, and thorough. I thought I would have to wait weeks for an appointment but they were able to take my car the next day. they arranged for a car rental and took me over to get the car. I could not have asked for better service.

The work was Good but not put back into the way it was before accident. There is bigger gaps between fenders. And there was some unfulfilled promises. I was a returning customer but now i will shop around other places next time.

This is a very professional shop and my truck was repaired 5 days sooner than expected. The repairs look perfect and the paint match is right on. The office lady was a jewel, so informative sending out up dates every day keeping my worries off of my damaged truck. The office manager, Mr. Crow was so helpful in my repairs. He has a vast knowledge of the body work to be done on a customer's ???? Thanks also to the shop manager James and body shop personnel. I'm ???? I choose Gerber for my repair. Jim Humphrey

The quality of the work was up to par, but I was not satisfied with the discrepancy between the amount on the quote and the amount of the final bill. When the quote was given in the amount of roughly $5,200, the assessor indicated that there may be other damage than what was listed on the quote. If a guess had been hazarded at how much that would cost to repair, rather than being hit afterwards with a new quote of over $6,500, things would have been much easier for me to get the money approved.
