Repair looks good. We appreciated the updates. Work was completed a week before original estimates. We had previous vacation plan. Completing early complicated that but not fault of Gerber.

None of what you guys were supposed to do has been done The bumper wasn't fixed there's blue paint on my tailgate which my truck is not blue it's white there was overspray on the top of the bed and the rear tail lights neither say my truck drove there it pulled in physically drivable other than the wobbling going on in the rear and when I picked it up right from the minute I started that truck there was a loud obnoxious grinding sound and my truck literally is no longer drivable you cannot physically drive my truck I don't know what happened I don't know what you guys did but nope no way

First, the most friendly staff ever! I had to speak to probably four different folk there (different times) and all were absolutely kind and understanding of my situation. They walked me through and made me feel better about getting my damaged car back. All the horror stories of cars never driving the same got to me. And I told them my concerns. I have it back and it's like it was never in a wreck! I hope to never have to use a collision shop again, but if I do, this is where I'll be going!! Thank you so much!
