Appears the vehicle was repaired back to its original condition ahead of schedule by four days and returned to me cleaned inside & out. Customer service was top notch and transparency from start to finish was 100%.

From the first phone call until the final (no offense but I hope it’s my final) interaction, the staff made it so easy, especially since I was so nervous. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, re-assuring and their communication is top notch. While i hope I never need auto body again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Gerber first.
