I was surprised that it was done a few days earlier than I was told and I was not prepared to pick it up, so when I tried to explain it to the person that called me, he seemed upset. He made a comment about “ never having to twist someone’s arm to pick up the car” this made me uncomfortable and caused added stress to an already unpleasant situation. I had to wait for my next paycheck to be able to cover my deductible. The woman who helped me when I did come in was very pleasant and professional. I am happy with the job that was done. Thanks

I know metal flake is extremely hard to match, so that is my only concern at the moment. I'm hoping I can possibly get the rest of the pickup buffed out so it won't be so noticable. Other than that your team did an excellent job on the repairs! Thank you very much.

I've talked to Lorenzo about the paint issues that I'm not satisfied with. I'm planning on bringing it back Tuesday the 21st to discuss options to rectify the situation. Other than that it has been a great experience! Very open with communication and great customer service.

Joe and the estimate gentle, can’t remember his name, we’re above and beyond excellent.
