Overall the repair was very satisfactory.

I only had one issue with the repair. I had to bring it back to the shop for two items. The door edge guard on the RR door had not been replaced. And there was some overspray from the paint job on the FR door than needed to be removed and buffed. On my return two weeks after receiving my car these items were addressed, and were satisfactory.

Albe and Michael were amazing and though this is a stressful production from any auto body shop I was very satisfied with everything this shop did despite of the challenges that Gerber encountered with outside vendors and the car insurances

Customer service and the repaired done to my truck bumper was excellent. They took good care of my pickup and the bumper looks new. They went above a beyond by cleaning the front and back bumper after the repair was done I’m very satisfied with the work done. I would recommend Gerber to my friends and family members.
