The communication was excellent. I appreciate the loaner car while my car was being fixed. The back right panel wasn't able to be fixed correctly. I understand why, however no one notified me that it wasn't able to be fixed properly. I found out when I came to pick up my car. The inside of my car was covered in silty dusty paint. There was a considerable amount of dust in my car when I picked it up. I had to ask the customer service person to clean it out of my car twice. He said he has a person to specifically clean the car but it wasn't done properly. I still have to clean the inside of my car as their is dust residue now wiped into my seats. I'm especially not happy that all of my belongings inside the car were also not taken out of the car while work was done and they also were coated with dust. I will need to spend a couple of hours to finish cleaning my car
