I used to recommend Shine all of the time. I still would recommend Gerber in hopes that it is just a transferring of companies issue that needs to be worked out.

There seems to be a lot of confusion with the Shine to Gerber buyout. The website for Shine collision is still up and I requested and estimate through the site and got an auto email saying that someone would contact me but no one ever did. I finally ended up calling instead and taking it in. The front desk people were nice but everything seems a bit more unorganized than the previous time I went when it was called Shine. It also seems like it has a different atmosphere now. Before when it was shine the place seemed more one on one and more freindly. Now it seems a bit like you feel as though you are just a number.

When you call to let the customer know that their car is ready make sure there is no overspray or any other problem. It is hard to make more time to bring the car back to have the problem fixed.
