The only reason I rated a 9 instead of 10, was because I feel like there wasn’t much communication. However, being that my car’s problem wasn’t major, and I had another vehicle at my disposal, it really wasn’t much of a big deal. It was very kind to be given a ride my Jim to the vehicle I needed to pick up - he was very kind. All in all, everyone seemed to do their jobs well and I appreciate the work! :)
