Gerber is a first-class operation. From entering the office to drop off my car, to the day that I picked it up, the girl at the front desk, Carlos the representative who handled all operations relating to my car and the Manager were all super welcoming and genuinely concerned. I love my car and l wanted it fixed asap. Carlos kept me informed throughout the whole process. They more than exceeded my expectations and even finished a day early. They knew that I had to drive to Maryland asap for medical reasons. I will highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass establishment to all my friends and family. They guarantee their work forever. So that, alone, makes me feel safe while driving my car. Carlos was compassionate every step of the way. Kudos to this team and this office for doing an outstanding job.

I appreciated that when the staff saw something, they said something. They brought somethings to my attention. When I made an inquiry outside their realm of duty (the reason my vehicle was in their possession) they were willing to assist me. I found Customer service to be professional but friendly.

You kept my car significantly longer than it should have been kept. When I got it back the rear wiper was installed upside down. The cost for the rental car was 1000 dollars due to you keeping it so long and your response was take 250 dollars from the deductible owed. That’s not enough. Transparency was awful and the excuses mounted with every week that passed. First it was parts then “getting it done the right way” (see rear wiper blade), then just not getting it put together. Will not use again and will advise others to not use.

The bumper replacement was done flawlessly, and from the moment I arrived until I picked it up, the customer service was exceptional. I was kept informed every step of the way with real-time updates.
