The first round bubbled up, took it back then Manager had to order a new bumper because it was never prepped correctly in the first place. Took 2 weeks to order, I think he may forgot to order it then when it did come in it was another week. I found the manager to rather kurt would recommend State Farm to use places that have Quality 1st round, and rapid Turn around times. They do not call you with updates, I had to call them. The receptionist woman is very patient. Good customer service skills.

Gerber Collision was recommended by my insurance company after an accident that caused extensive damage to my car. I had to leave it there for about a month, and throughout the entire process they were wonderful about keeping me updated with phone calls and emails. They are true professionals who know how to take care of their customers. The work on my car was immaculate—I honestly felt like I was getting back a brand-new car.
