It took a month to get a fender bender fixed properly. I has to keep refusing to take the car back until it was fixed right. It took their regional person to come and handle the situation. Then they overcharged my insurance company for labor they had to keep redoing because of their work

I didn’t know what to expect because I’ve never had a repair claim before…I was pleasantly surprised! Mike was VERY knowledgeable and helpful through the process. He was on point with follow up and kept me informed along the way. The girl at the desk was knowledgeable, kind and helpful as well. I am quite pleased with how nice my car looks after the repairs.They did a great job!! I will definitely refer Gerber Collision, Sarasota any time.
