since it was only a windshield and a side pillar, I was hoping they'd do an estimate and have me come in when the parts arrived since the car was drivable. I really didn't want to rent a car for a week, but I (mentally) can not be without one. otherwise, everything was great...very nice people and experience

Tina and Kim and the whole staff were great! Pleasant to work with, kept me informed, answered all my questions, and finished ahead of time. Thank you so much! However... we just inspected the trunk and the piece underneath the trunk area that holds the spare was not replaced and needs to be... the spare does not lay in trunk.
