Hello! My gosh, the driver’s side looks better than brand new! I am so very pleased with the repairs, and I am so very grateful to everyone at Gerber. Tina, Kimmy, Zach, I only know your names, but everyone at Jim Benton Ct was absolutely incredible. In fact, the gals that answered the phones at the other locations in Pooler were super nice and helpful as well. I didn’t know the location to bring my car in the beginning, which was my fault because I’m positive I was told and just didn’t write it down, so I ended up calling both Pooler locations, and both places were really nice and patient and I just very much appreciated that. Oh, and you guys had two new decals made to match the one that had to be removed! It didn’t even occur to me that you’d have to take the decal off, so losing it would have been a shock and disappointment, but you guys ordered two new of these special decals that aren’t standard. Honestly, the decals definitely factored in when I bought the car, and you guys didn’t even know that, but you ordered them just because you’re really thoughtful. Thank you so, so very much. Oh and I never had to call you guys for updates because Tina and Kimmy were so amazing at texting me like clockwork. This was just a great experience and I should get into fender benders more often so that I can see you guys again. Thank you!!!! -Adrienne
