While my car was being repaired, the communication was excellent and completely transparent. I never had to chase them down for updates—they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Once the repairs were completed, they even walked me out to my car to show me exactly what had been repaired and explain what was done. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer service was outstanding.
