Your staff was curtious and helpful. The work however was unacceptable. As a result I had to make an extra trip of 84 miles to retrieve my truck. The work was still not the quality I expected on my second trip. One very noticeable pit and a couple bumps under the paint. Second trip 3 visible pits.

We are very new to Texas. With that being said, Collision and Glass has set the bar vety high for customer service. From the young lady at the front desk, to the technician, and several of the staff that greeted me. WOW!!! Very impressed!

My car looked so beautiful! Very communicative on updates as well, they even cleaned up the inside of my car which as an expecting mother was very helpful! I missed my car so much and they treated my car with the utmost respect and my family as well! Definitely will be going back for any needs I have

You replaced the rear lift panel but thr third brake does not work. I recently replaced it but it went out with the lift malfunctioned.

I was used to the treatment I got from prior front office. Things like followup calls throughout the service instead of 1 call in which he was reading from the wrong file. Accurate finish dates instead of 3 different dates. At pickup, a walk out with the service guy to verify all that should've been fixed was fixed instead of driving off with a brake light out.
