I am very pleased with the service and completed job. Especially paying out of pocket this team worked with me and allowed me to make decisions and not pressure me into fixing things that didn't need to be fixed right away. I will be recommending to all my family and friends.

I had tontake my car half way done because of complete incompetence by this company. My vehicle has a wrap on it and I had to find the shop to complete the repair on my own. As a Gunn chevy customer I have never had tondo this. My insurance recommended me here and I am not impressed. The shop did not pay any attention to detail had tonleave my car for over a month for a minor repair. They tried to install the wrong parts and tell me it was vin specific. The vehicle came in a certain way I expect the people doing the work to pay attention to that detail and not put parts on the car that were incorrect. They did not read the notes and by doing so cost more days of me without my car. I am not a happy customer of this facility.

No attention to detail I had to do my own leg work to find someone to finish the wrap on the car parts we're left off or not the rigjt parts for the car.

Dealt with Taylor for my nightmare of a stolen vehicle and fixing it as things were found. Taylor took my every call and equally called me to give me constant updates of what was going on! Highly recommended!

I went to pick up my truck and the AC wasn’t working when I dropped it off it was working and now it’s not also the bumper was supposed to be replaced on the front and it wasn’t and also antenna they were supposed to get it hasn’t gotten there. I sent you my truck to work on because we felt that you were the best and doing this. These being doubt now I have to go see about the AC and I’m losing money with my job that I have. I don’t think this is right at all. I’m sorry, but I was not satisfied at all.
